IKKIL BAY confirming the Estepona appeal in the luxury market

Ikkil Bay, the residential project located on Playa del Cristo in Estepona, has sold the two most expensive apartments in its development. With this transaction, Ikkil Bay has now sold two of its eight villas, leaving only six units available for purchase.

The sale of these two apartments, regarded as the most expensive in Estepona, highlights the significant interest Ikkil Bay has generated in the high-end real estate market on the Costa del Sol. With an investment exceeding 16 million euros, this project has attracted both national and international buyers seeking to live in one of the region’s most exclusive and sought-after locations.

So much so that Estepona’s western district, traditionally known as Seghers, where Ikkil Bay is situated, has become the city’s most expensive area, with an average price of 4,417 euros per square meter, according to data from Idealista. This area has seen a 27% increase in prices, compared to 11% for the city as a whole, establishing itself as a prime destination for major real estate investors.
