Salón Gourmets will be full of famous faces who will be taking part in more than 800 activities during the 4 days of the event. Ferran Adrià, Pedro Subijana, Mario Sandoval, Carme Ruscalleda, Toño Pérez, íñigo Urrechu and Paco Pérez will be part of this edition either as judges in the different championships, cooking in a show cooking, as participants in the Grupo Gourmets Round Tables on gastronomy & wine organised or as winners of the awards given by the readers of Club de Gourmets magazine. Many of them will also be present at the activities organised by the exhibitors at their stands.
