Wyndham Costa del Sol expands its gastronomic offer with the opening of new restaurants in Mijas

Wyndham Costa del Sol  growth continues with the expansion of its gastronomic offer in Mijas, featuring new culinary concepts.

Juan José Millán, Chief Strategy Officer of Idiliq Group, highlighted the group have increased its food options on the resort and that the opening of new restaurants is further evidence of that, saying: “We have always worked in the same direction: to improve the customer experience in our resorts,  emphasising the culinary offer, always with quality raw materials and offering original and innovative ideas.”

Specifically, ‘Safari’, the most exotic restaurant in the complex, offers a wide selection of international cuisine throughout the day, which also includes vegetarian and vegan options, as well as an extensive wine and cocktail list.

‘El Rancho Grill & Bar’ will be the sensation of the summer with its barbecued meats and its famous roasted chicken served outdoors on a fantastic terrace with stunning views of the bay, without forgetting the large children’s play area.

The little Italy of the resort is found in ‘The Flying Pizza’, open every day and with take away service. Also, ‘Sam’s Pantry’ evokes smells of fresh bread, delicious homemade cakes, gourmet sandwiches and the best coffee.

Without a doubt, the icing on the cake will be ‘Beak & Trotter’ where you can try combinations of flavours and textures that have revolutionised the world of hamburgers, always made with locally sourced products. A fun meal that holiday dreams are made of. Delicacies like chicken wings with a lot of Rock & Roll, nachos with amazing garnishes… Burger fans are in luck as they can design their own a la carte menu or discover the Great American Burger Road Trip, which pays monthly tribute to a different state in the US. In addition, you will find succulent desserts, smoothies and cocktails.
